Please read these Return Policy carefully before using the services manufactured, developed and operated by Trimm Bike and Ratio LLC Korea (“Trimm Bike”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

All items created using Trimm Bike are built-to-order. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with Trimm Bike, you may return any item(s) purchased from this web site for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
All pieces are returned together associated with the product and are in new condition. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once the item is received at our customer support, it takes a few business days for the refund to be processed.
In case of returns due to simple change of mind, will require you to return the item at your own expense.

Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Trimm Bike is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

Additional Terms & Conditions:
You are responsible for all shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to returned products in transit to Trimm Bike. We recommend insuring shipments, especially trainers.
We cannot provide return packaging, so we recommend keeping original packaging for the duration of the return period.
For international orders, any duties, or customs fees paid are non-refundable.
Your order will be refunded to the original payment type used.
In case of Price Adjustment:
Trimm Bike honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven (7) days of the order confirmation if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
